Procter & Gamble has a website http://www.pgbrandsampler.com/ where you can go to request free sample sized versions of their products.
You can request one box of samples per each ordering period:
January 1 - March 31
April 1 - June 30
July 1 - September 30
October 1 - December 30
The sample box also has some coupons that come along with it. Both the samples and the coupons vary throughout the year, so you most likely won't be getting the same product twice in a year. I requested a box earlier this year and recently received it in the mail.

- A few coupons for some of the full sized versions of the samples
